My name is Galina, and I am from Bulgaria, but I live in London now and I study Accounting and Finance at the University. I have worked in an outsourcing company in the last five years. I have a lot of experience in telemarketing, customer support, marketing research, call center projects, appointment settings, sales, time management, cold calling, translations, copy writing, recruiting, data mining, email support. Bulgarian is my native language. I speak fluent English too. Till now, I was working for Bulgarian companies, but now I am moving in London, so I decided to try a platform like Freelancer.com. Even though my account here is new, it show my extensive experience. In my spare time i like to write poetry, short novels and articles, and read about new authors, blogs and different type of forums.
