I'd like other people to know that being friendly with the people on the other end of the line at the call center helps break up the tedious monotony and frustrating calls they get all day long. It literally brightens their day when someone is nice. If you're not interested, just tell them and don't forget to mention to put you on their do not call list. They usually have a button on their program for that. Also, you never know what call center employees are doing on the other end of the line
