## BIO Very first phase is always pre-production project planning.  The resulting plan must be signed off on / accepted prior to the innitiation of the project.  This constitutes $500 of my bid, and in the event of smaller projects I will require that payment upon signoff of the project plan/ project calendar. For any project under $40,000 I will not allow mid-project alterations.  Any alterations which are not covered within the project plan / develoment agreement will be handled post-development and be billable at $110/hr with a 4 hour minimum. The project plan will always include a production calendar which is rated in BUSINESS DAYS as oppose to an authentic calendar.  This also includes payment intervals durring mid-cycle of the project.  Client has option to back out if I miss a deadline, but development does not continue beyond alloted phases until funds are escrowed.  The next phase begins on the date of escrow on this website. ## Area of Expertise Windows NT: Network Security, Network Setup, and System Management Software.
