FANTASTIC. In one word Rajev is fantastic, you should hire him immediately. He is a successful and excellent 3D artist. He has just now (2010) started using freelancer.com so I was one of the first to use him. Rajev did an absolutely FANTASTIC job for me on a difficult hand animation. We had to go through many versions. He is VERY fast, and WANTS to get a superb result. Because he ACTUALLY CARES about getting a good result, your job is lifted from beginning to end. Thank goodness, Raj has fast bandwidth and good equipment and this sort of thing - there are never any stupid hold-ups working with him. It is extremely lucky to find a freelancer like this.
