This project was to customize Magento's gallery feature to allow images to be filterable based on the configurable product specification. In other words, images re-organize as you select product attributes. This allows stores that use configurable products to offer a more accurate visual representation of the product.

Inventory is tabulated every night and the live website is refreshed to reflect the latest numbers from each location. This way a customer always knows where a specific item is in stock, and where it will be shipped from.

I built a simple podiatrist locator for New Balance's shoefitter.ca using Google Maps API. Each podiatrist entry includes 'recommended products' which are populated from the Magento catalog and link directly to the Magento product page. This is a "Reserve In Store" form which is automatically populated by the active product and generates an email reservation to the site administrator. This allows customers that prefer a face-to-face engagement to ensure that their product is held for them until they are able to visit the store, leading to higher customer engagement and loyalty.

This project was to add recent posts from the ShoeFitter.ca blog to the Magento homepage. This extension automatically updates the posts when the Magento cache is cleared, and allows for non-wordpress posts with custom thumbnails to appear as well.
