Dedicated to serving the CEO and other staff in supporting through typing and clerical jobs, including HR support work and procurement of Offices stationery and other goods.
With more than 20 years experience, i specializes in earning the trust of the directors, colleagues and affiliates. As an Admin Officer, i work mainly in the office operating office machines e.g Desktop computer/Laptop, Printer, photocopier and scanner, responding to emails and attending to calls coming int the organisation. Throughout my career, i have maintained a strong record in recruitment, training and motivating staff to achieve better working skills in different departments. At Georama Engineering Services, i am responsible of managing the directors office when he is out, handling petty cash receiving guest and assisting them in the way the should, helping new staff settle in and assisting in accounting which has seen harmony withing the company, i also help in putting together the Proposals and seeing to it that they are sent on time. i also prepare and statutory payment and follow up on payments for the same, prepare invoices to send to clients.
