Hi, my name is Barbara and I am a native Italian. I speak fluently English and Spanish beside my Native Italian. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 15 years . From Public Relation Officer to Virtual Assistant, Receptionist, Concierge, and Sales and Marketing agent, my experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to deal with clients and to have a strong problem solving attitude. I love to work with a Team but if needed I perform really well without any supervision. I have been doing Freelance Translating jobs and Virtual Assistant jobs for more than 20 years now while working in the hotel and tourism industry for over a decade. Unfortunately the company I worked for closed the doors and since then I have been concentrating on jobs mainly online, from Data Entry, to Virtual Assistant, Translating and Customer Service Agent. I have also been giving English and Italian Lesson privately to school children in the area where I live in Spain I would love to show you my ability, and hopefully be able to establish a working relationship for any future jobs.
