Currently, I am following the process of pre-certification and certification in WPS by the Wi-Fi Alliance of an Embedded Linux Infotainment System. Therefore, I am developing RFCs for the Connection Manager Component of the System (ConnMan) to follow the Wi-Fi Alliance Specifications in order to get the certification.

Software Developer Intern

I was in charge of adapt and improve a Connection Manager component for an Embedded Linux Infotainment System. In particular, the used tool is named ConnMan. It is an open source project led by Intel which provides a daemon for managing Internet connections. In order to meet our needs I performed bug-fixing and improvements to this tool. I also shared them with the Intel Open Source Community and thanks to those contributions I was added into the project's authors.

Master's Thesis: Experimental Evaluation and Design of Multipath Transport Protocols

This thesis aims at research the advantages that can provide the use of Multipath-TCP (MPTCP) for an Internet Service Provider and its customers. The used testbed was a Software-Defined Wide Area Network provided by Telecom Italia. It is built using the Software-Defined Networking emerging paradigm and uses OpenStack Framework for building and managing computing and network resources.

Squadra Corse is a Formula SAE (Electric) team which every year design, develop and build a new electric racing car to compete around the world.
