I am currently working as an employee relations specialist. My role is to make our employees happy and engaged. I normally organize events in our company for our employees (ex. halloween, christmas party, family day), I also organize monthly events like payday bazaar and trainings. Aside from those I also attend to our employees concern personal or even in emails, track it down, make a resolution and create report for the incidents that they are complaining. These reports are viewed by my manager to check which ones do we need to look into and investigate and what's going on and make a resolution to avoid these incident/s to happen again in the future.
