Karan is a Toronto-based Management Consultant with over 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, digital marketing, eCommerce, and technology transformation. He has experience deploying large ERP solutions, and finding efficiencies in project implementation using both agile and waterfall methodologies for project management, Karan has worked with RPA and machine learning in his past role for a large grocery retailer during his time as a Management Consultant. He has also worked with Virtual Assistants, completed pitch decks, and designed digital customer journies. His past experiences include go-to-market strategy for a Canadian fintech company and a payments transformation at Philip Morris International (PMI). Further, he helped PMI with a commercialization strategy for a new technology in the Canadian market. My work has resulted in a redesign of customer engagement, retention strategies, and cost-cutting through identifying operational and technological efficiencies.
