Project turned out to be much extensive than both parties had thought at the starting of project. But, Freelancer persisted with the project: he didn't quit the project prematurely. Freelancer could have handled project better by taking more ownership of driving the project towards completion. Still, I value trustworthy individuals.

Developer was given details of the project and volunteered a time frame of 3-4 days. After 15 days of dodging messages, he began promising work day after day without product. At one point, after insisting he show me everything he had finished so far on Day 17, he sent me back the original application I sent him in the beginning. When I asked what he was doing, he said, give me a few minutes for updated version and then went online. After 18 days we were forced to remove him from the project, and he wasted quite a bit of our time without completing anything.
