FRAUD SCAMMER didn’t finish the job I explain what happen i post a job and he decide to finish the project before I hired him. he told me the job was done (I took the time to check the job before hiring him) and find out that only a portion was done so I decide to pay him just for what he did. We both agreed on that so I told him I will post new price and him to bid for him to get paid and he told me that just accept him on the main project (which was a higher price) and couple month later he try to request the money, and say that I forgot to pay him. Scammer
