I work as Human Resources Manager of an Engineering Company. I am responsible in attracting, training, developing, retaining and maintaining the right kind of human resources in their right frame of mind to give their best efforts towards achieving organization's goals. I coordinate recruitment and selection processes for the organization. Develop departmental policies such as working conditions, benefits and compensation etc Induct new employees with information about their job responsibilities, organization policies and procedures etc. Organize Training and development for the employees. Attend to grievances and implement disciplinary procedures. Carry out succession planning, Maintain records and compile statistical data. Undertake regular salary and benefits reviews. Ensure appropriate communication with staff at all levels.
