I gave a shot to see if the designer was up to a task. What I liked the most was his straightforwardness. Unlike most, if not all the designers, he was not petty and running around after pretty penny. He offered to do the job without pre-payment first and if I liked I would pay. I loved this proposition as not everyone would dare to do so. At the end of the day, the designer showed me that he is very talented, knows what he is doing, very quick in grasping the idea of what I wanted from him and delivered on time. As I liked his work that much, I am giving him additional bonus payment on top of his suggested one. Hire him and you will be happy as I am. I am going to work with him on my next project.
