I was in charge of different areas of the diving centre and, over time, my responsibilities have increased due to the results achieved. My main responsibilities were related to: Organization and management of the staff (15-30 people), the diving courses calendar, Customer management - trips organization, Cash management and Recruiting. I managed to create a pleasant working place for people coming from all over the world and ready to become professionals in the diving field.

I was in charge of the website and social network development of a tourist agency focused on private excursions. During this experience I have also worked closely with a marketing company for the creation of the marketing plan.
