We need an expert in Zoho Projects to help us efficiently structure the initial draft of our Project. This structure will help us manage many small projects within multiple companies. Some desired capabilities of the Project structure are as follows:
1. Resource pool allocations
a. Establish a central resource pool that can be accurately allocated to multiple projects
b. Identify under or over-allocation of resources
c. Allow re-deployment of resources to alleviate allocation problems
2. Automated notifications to resources
a. System generated notices to resources regarding milestones or completion deadlines
3. Automated project updates from resources
a. Provide a simple method for resources to send updates (% completion, delays, etc.) to the Project Manager
b. Provide a simple method to allow these updates to update the Project Management Software
