Wordpress automatically display age from biography birth date

This is doable. I have some queries: Date of birth is entered in admin? You need to display age when admin saves and will be displayed on front page? Age will be only in terms of round years - not months, days? If less than equal to 6 months, we display previous age, else next year? Once you confirm, I will confirm/revise my bid.
