Web based app fixes

I need my website re-configured. I have a website that will be used by audience of a certain event. One feature is Q&A where user can: 1) ask a question 2) see all other asked questions 3) vote for a question to be given higher priority 4) questions will need to be approved in backend before it can be seen by other users to vote for Fixes needed: - voting is not working properly - user need to refresh the page to be able to see new questions asked by others (can it be shown automatically?) Need to be completed in ONE day
