I own a busy consulting business and I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help out in many ways. Your tasks will include:
- Filtering emails
- Dealing with customer inquiries, quotes and invoicing
- Collating orders for book-keeper
- Reach out to new subscribers with emails and connection requests
- Some promotional and social media work potentially
- Occasional web research
- Add data to my wordpress sites
- Liaise with web developer to ensure items are fixed
- Various other tasks as needed
Must be polite, well educated and very proficient in English.
- Excellent English
- Word, Excel and Powerpoint ability
- Office administration and book-keeping an advantage
- Ideally some experience of using Wordpress
