Hi,
I need technical support to speed optimise my WP website:

Things already done:
- use managed hosting (Dreampress)
- use browser caching (Varnish is included with Dreampress by default managed by Proxy Cache Purge plugin)
- use fast theme (TOTAL theme)
- use few plugins
- smush / optimised all images (using [login to view URL] and Smush plugin)
- lazy load images (BJ Lazy load plugin)
- use php 7
- removed google fonts and use standard UI fonts instead
I get good results in Gtmetrix and Pingdom but poor in PageSpeed. I want higher score in PageSpeed because I believe it’s used in Google ranking algorithm.
Note: my Google Analytics shows speed much slower than Gtmetrix and Pingdom (average 7.5 second page loading time over past 30 days)
IMPORTANT: in your proposal message please inform what kind of things you plan to do.
Note: I DON'T want any css changes or coding. I only want analysis and installing and configuring optimisation plug-in if required.
