I can do:-
*Finalizing written and edited articles (format/check vs. client requirements/plagiarism check) and storing them properly on DB.
*Uploading articles to various CMS (mostly WordPress) - occasionally performing on-page SEO (e.g. adding provided keywords, meta data, etc)
*Selecting quality stock photos using our subscription and at times editing them
*Administrative/tracking tasks
*Posting to social media
*Ad-hoc tasks to help project managers
*Managing specific projects, client communication, and assigning work
In general, you help Project Managers (and other members of managerial team) complete projects to the standard clients have come to expect from us and help them do so on time.
Because we work with deadlines and have a reputation to uphold, we're really looking for someone that is reliable and does what is needed when it is needed. You need to take instructions and follow them consistently. Take on board feedback and then not repeat the same mistakes. You should be fast, thorough, and a pleasure to work with - the goal of an assistant is to aid the team and make things run smoothly (and not need handholding, constant input, etc).This also means that each task is given the attention it deserves. There's little room for error, and for these relatively simple tasks, there shouldn't be any.
