need a wordpress plugin with GUI

I need a WordPress plugin like the one displayed on this page [login to view URL] (i have also attached a screenshot). it should display the below information: Name_of_person from city_and_country RECENTLY STARTED FREE TRIAL LESSONS. display map on the left side based on IP Address or a fixed map thumbnail will be okay too. maximum of 50 contacts. there should be an option to input delay displaying each contact. for example first contact displayed immediately after the page loads, the second contact will be displayed after 10 seconds. third contact after 29 seconds. etc. I will provide names, IP locations. There should be a small easy GUI in the WordPress admin dashboard. This should work on mobile phones too. a bug-free and responsive solution. this should be an independent solution not requiring any update after updating WordPress or theme. (separate CSS and javascript files). note: contacts I provide will not be real data. this will be for maximizing conversion only. the display should be exactly as you can see on doodly. it is coming from bottom to top style.
