Looking for Long-term Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a long-term wordpress developer to develop our websites. Don't bid if you can't handle multiple projects. You MUST have eCommerce, Real Estate, Job Board and Forum experience. First 5 projects are simple static websites, this is what this post is about. If we like everything, you will then develop the complicated dynamic sites. Should 100% Responsive that looks great in every design. We will check using actual phone and Google Development tools ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT. Please read everything, including the attached file/s and chat me with "ATTENTION" to make sure that you've read EVERYTHING. Make sure website is fast and secure. NO NULLED THEME/PLUGINS. Free plugins are fine but should be minimal. Websites will be developed in our dev server on a sub-domain. You must transfer it to life domain once everything is approved. You must be open to all modifications since we might update on the go. This post is for the 1st project which has: 1. Seven Main Pages = Only home pages has lots of sections. Other pages are pretty simple 2. 14 services sub-pages - All 14 will have the same design so pretty easy to make. 3. All static except maps 4. Designs are ready Once we agreed on this, we will discuss on the next 4 static projects. If we like the results, we will proceed with the Job Board, then all other projects. We will prioritize low bidding but quality work. Not releasing any milestone until we approve the results. If you're one of those devs who will ask to release some milestones without any work, DO NOT BID.
