Fix WordPress Plugin Showing Broken Images

I installed a plugin called Wise Chat Pro on my website and when I post a message such as an emoticon, it shows broken until I reload the page. When I inspect the image, it shows two // in the image folder URL so I assume it is causing the problem somehow.
