Fix Database issue WORDPRESS - Read description please

Hello! I am trying to use a plugin called Media renamer which scans my media database.
However, 1 picture I have in my system shows up 15 000 times even though it is deleted.
I asked the plugin support and he said the following
"Indeed, your database seems to be full of attachments, much more than what you see in the Media Library.
Did you have a language before that you removed from your WordPress? It seems like you might have a LOT of media entries attached to those. Or maybe you had many languages and your media entries were duplicated in many entries? Just trying to understand."
Would need some help to solve this issue! I believe to solve it you can just delete the mentions of the picture you see in the screenshot .
