Building a website - long term cooperation

We are currently seeking for a programmer on a long time contract:
Your first task will be: create an easy webpage
- WordPress based
- minimalist, modern, responsive
page will display:
-events that will be embed from Bokun - so we require experienced user of [login to view URL] ! (in your proposal, please write your references on pages which is Bokun related)
-team page
-contact page
-feeds from social networks
- page needs to be easily editable - so no special frameworks! - but WP Bakery Page Builder, Elementor are welcomed - so either you or us could add and edit pages
- potencional template needs to be really quick - we expect you to deliver a page with a loading time (both mobile and desktop) under 2 seconds
Please write me your price for the complete delivery of the website. Also mention time you need to complete this task. We are able to give you all files and logins immediately after you sign a NDA.
As your second task we will require you to deliver another webpage - presentational with blog. This is a task that will be communicated with you directly as a separate project. We will hire you directly after you successfully complete the first task so we both will have some reference and history. After you’ll deliver second task precisely we can move into next phase. We are creative agency and will need to deliver 40+ webpages this year so we are looking for someone who is:
- ok, this can be done this way or this way or…./rather than - no that’s not possible
- I will politely remind the client to send me the materials/ rather than - I haven’t received files so I couldn’t start working
- the website is done and running precisely/rather than - it’s working and we’ll find out that it’s not responsive, or something is missing, or not running at all etc.
