Wordpress Theme Developer

I'm looking for a partnership to build themes for distribution sites like TemplateMonster*. I'm a designer who's worked on a number of high profile websites for companies such as HJ Heinz, Starbucks, Amazon, Admiral, Clarks, Games Workshop and a lot more. The set up is simple: I am a designer, I need a dedicated Wordpress Developer to turn my designs into awesome Themes so we can sell them. Profit is simple too: 50/50 split on ALL sales made monthly. The sales on these sites can be incredibly rewarding ($35 themes x 100 sales over 1 month = a nice little pot of money). What I require is a Developer who will not only put in the time and effort to quickly turn my designs into working code, but also point out, and implement, where things could be better for the end user. I am aiming to design a number of themes based around Recording Studios, Property Management, Hotels, Bands and Musicians, and will need a Developer who is a ninja with CSS/HTML/PHP, and know Wordpress, JQuery, Javascript, and any other useful technologies to make these themes really shine.
