PSD to Wordpress (Budget $105) max budget

Hello Guys! I´m looking for someone to code a website in Wordpress from PSD It will be about 4 pages from PSD complete development, you need to delivery the site complete functional! This project is URGENT and I need it done up to 3 days! or less... If I do like your wor, I will have at least 3 Wordpress project for you per month, so I´m looking for some coder for a long term... I know this project has a low bdget, but this is what my client can pay at the moment... but for future projects i´m sure i can arrange nice budget projects for you... YOU NEED TO HAVE SKYPE AND OWN SERVER FOR DAILY UPDATES UNTIL THE PROJECT BEEN DONE! After this you need to install the site on client´s server and it needs to be 100% funcionand identical of PSD files... Please check atatched images to knoe the layout...
