Research & Write article on wi-fi user problems at hotspots

I need a two page article that details the types of problems that customers face in wireless (wifi / wi-fi) hotspots such ase cafes and airports. The types of problems I want to know about in the article should be those that are faced by people with laptop PC or Mac computers who are trying to use wi-fi service. The problems should not be described in technical details; rather, they should be described in a form that a non-technical person can understand. For example, for a slow wifi-network, I don't want to read about low bitrate, but rather about slow access to webpages, because this description is more understandable to a non-technical hotspot user. The readers / the audience of the article will be non-technical people who may or may not be laptop users; they are people who need to understand in easy terms what the problems are that have been faced by the average person with a laptop in a wifi hotspot.
