Interactive app for PC with point to click functionality.

------Brief description We want to create a PC app for DELL interactive TV that displays an interactive video and map with poiny-to-click functionality. The user can navigate the portal like in sample videos and inside the portal we will display one video and 50 high quality images. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] -----General app specifications -App should be able to run on internal computer with minimum specs. -App should be able to run with mouse or touch screen control. ------Content specifications and description of user experience -When the user opens the app, a logo should pop up for 2 seconds (like a loading screen) -After the loading screen has finished, An introductory screen pops up with a button “Start” in the center. If the button is clicked, a 1 minute video starts. -A video of 1 minute is played with two button at the bottom right.(Exit) and (Continue) -The app should be able to run a 4k video with minimum spec. -After A 3D model of the Khumbu region appears with 2 buttons. -Discover Khumbu region through photos -Discover locations in the past and now -A line draws a trekking path through the 3D model with 10 dots along the way. -Once on of the dots are clicked a window appears with a slideshow of 2-4 photos -Captions fade in/out as the user scrolls through the slideshow. -Each photos comes with text overlay that appear once a photo is clicked -----Deliverables -1x app for PC -The full project folder and all necessary files from the development environment (e.g. Unity or similar) that we can use to re-export the project later on if needed. We should be able to modify the video content to export a new version of the app ourselves, without more help from the developer. ----Timeline We need a first draft of the apps, beta version of the , before April 20th. After tests on the beta version, we will give final comments and want the final apps, ready to be launched, before May 10th.
