A team of desktop support engineers who will provide technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines to the multiple users at our client's site. The activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The team will approximately comprise of 10 executives and they are expected to provide continuous support (5 days a week, 9 hours a day) for approximately 3 months. Working hours would be either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or from 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM week days. Start of project will be from first week of November.
