Fix a few website bugs. RoR

Terms: 1. I will create a milestone for the entire amount of the project but I will not release the milestone until the project is 100% complete including deployment. 2. You must be able to setup your own test environment or access and update the (out of date) existing test environment to test all the bug fixes before deploying to live. 3. Deploying to live should use a method that's easy to rollback if there are any issues. Those issues should be fixed on your dev and then staging environment, not on the live environment. Requirements: 1. Missing Content - troubleshoot, debug, fix, test, get feedback from me, any additional fixes, test, review, deploy. There are 4 city list results page versions - all, real estate, mortgage, and insurance. All and insurance are properly showing the content on the bottom that they should be. Real estate & mortgage are not. Ex. Good - [login to view URL] Bad - [login to view URL] Good - [login to view URL] Bad - [login to view URL] Every version of this page for every city in the db needs to be fixed. There is content in the db for the pages that it has been created for. I had a dev update URLs and canonicals a couple of weeks ago and I'm sure this is related to that. 2. Flash on Pageload - troubleshoot, debug, fix, test, get feedback from me, any additional fixes, test, review, deploy. Every time the page loads, it pauses on a blank screen and then loads. This wasn't happening last week and I have no idea why it is. Looks like it's running some scripts, but these are not new scripts and the page loaded fine before. There will be other projects to follow if this is done well. If I can tell from your bid that you have not read my requirements, I will eliminate you from the options. We will need to have a chat before awarding the project for you to describe how you're going to do this so I can evaluate how capable you are.
