Assisting with Building and developing Websites

I have a number of websites I've made which I need help tweaking. I have a requirement for two other websites over the next 12 weeks, in other words they need to be finished and up and running and perfect by the beginning of June 16. I can do a lot of the work myself, and am looking for somebody who is prepared to assist me via sharescreens, and, because time of the essence work with me not for me to produce these sites. In the past I've been inundated with co-ops, consultancies, agencies, Indians etc all wanting to take all the work over for me: THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANT! I want assistance only, with reserve capacity on your part to do more of the work under my direction so as to keep up with schedules. There is 4 years of work ahead for the right applicant. You need to know about squeeze pages, Optimize Press, Aweber, internet marketing, YOAST/onpage SEO, Webinar technology, Photoshop. Some social media knowledge would be desirable too....particualarly Facebook/Twitter/Periscope, plus some knowledge of Amazon worldwide. I'm currently involved with all of these. You need to be reliable and not likely to go AWOL when you've got enough money to get by (which is what many do), you'll need to work to a high standard so that websites don't go live if they've got mistakes. All that is a tall order I know but I live in hope...there are what, 65 million sould in the UK....the right applicant is out there somehwere....get in touch whoever you are. PS: I am 59 years old with 40 years of business and cold calling behind me with an Alan Sugar type of personality. Please ONLY apply if you can fulfil the above requirements.
