Upgrading the Look of a 20-page Wix Website

I am looking for a freelancer to upgrade the look of my 20-page Wix website.
We'll have our graphic designer create the design with all the content for each page. You'll be provided with the PSDs for each page that we'll update. What we need is someone who is familiar with [login to view URL] interface to implement the changes.
A lot of the content will remain the same, but the layout will change, we'll add subtitles, etc.
The site would need to look good for desktop and mobil phones. You'll get the design for Desktop version only.
We want you to use minimal coding and use the settings of the wix interface so the client can later make edits without having to deal with code. So instead of using CSS, use the settings.
