NEW WEB PROJECT: CREATE ONLINE WOODEN HOME

The client needs a website where the users can select the predefined wooden home design. They should be able to select then several doors, type of doors, number of windows, type of facade...
How some user is changing this should be changed on the right part of the website as an image. It should be in simple steps.
We have Targa and BMP files. We will prepare you all steps with explanations step by step.
What is the concept and client idea? When a user arrives on the website then they will see a simple front page whit some minor information. They will have a link: BUILD YOUR HOME
And then will open a link with a nice design (UI) that should be simple.
User will now select type of the home and will go to the next step, will click next, then he will select some information as size of the home (we will provide a options to select), then they will move to the next step - select facade, then next, number of the windows, doors, doors type, type/color of roof... Anything selected is changing in real-time on the right side of the website.
After the user completes all fields that should enter they: First and Second name, email and phone number and he will get a msg that this is "not obligatory" offer just information (we will create you some msg). And they should be able to download this as PDF. The user got as well an email of confirmation with a link for download the PDF and the admin gets a new email as well with information about the newly created home/user.
The user can come again and should be able to open his created file and edit it online (not the file then the created home). Something as simple History with edit and save as new "Home". Everything should be very simple. Users should be able as well to see 360 images if possible from Targa files.
The website will be only so far in the Croatian language (UTF8). We will provide you a PSD file with the design of the website and online system. Your work is to build a website and simple - user-friendly online system/application where each user can in simple steps generate their wooden home per available design. It should be super simple.
