Looking for a web developer

We are in search of a skilled US based web developer to build micro-sites for the many brands and products we service. The ideal applicant must be knowledgeable in Wordpress and able to do a full install and customizations from start to finish manually. Javascript, CSS, HTML and HTML5 are a huge plus. CREATIVITY AND GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS ARE A MUST!! You need to be responsive, organized, and pay attention to details. You must also be able to follow directions and meet deadlines. In order to be considered ALL applicants must be able to host the websites during the development stage and upon completion; upload to our server. 
Compensation is a flat rate of $300.00 per website; payable upon upload and verification of completion. The terms are non-negotiable. This checklist will be reviewed for each site designed so please be sure you understand EVERYTHING before responding.
 ● Submit logo & product image for approval before starting the web design process. ○ Avoid using generic images of bottles TAKE EXISTING bottle online and photoshop name of product. Create good quality, professional brand image!! ○ Ensure ALL the bottles have matching logos on them.
 ● Submit theme design for approval ○ Choose a new theme at least every four projects. ● Make sure all the images are locally hosted. ○ If you are hard coding the file path using the domain ○ Make sure that it includes https:// otherwise when we force htaccess it will not appear and be labeled as insecure content. ○ Check all clickable links on EVERY page. ● List ingredients of product on landing page ○ Use pictures of ingredients on the ingredient page. ● Order form redirect must be updated. Error page should be on the same domain. ○ Update product name in the form and price. ○ Check work on redirect for order forms ○ Shipping/Recurring Billing on order form ● Order button and product image must be on every page except Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy
 ● Disclaimers for weight gain or loss supplements sites ○ EXAMPLE: Results may vary, and the testimonials and images featured on this website do not represent typical results or results are not typical ○ Same size font as copy on page and list on bottom of all pages. ● Blog Post ○ Change date on blog post ○ Change author name for each blog post ○ Make catagory for a blog post. ● Pay Special Attention to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages to ensure that things have been properly “Found and Replaced”. ○ Also take note of potential obvious errors such as wording not making sense ■ Ripped forms about diet on skin care products, etc. We will be switching these up once in awhile, but the terminology must properly reflect the appropriate product. ● Address, Phone Number and Email are consistent & correct throughout the site. ○ Check for correct emails in Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and contact us page. (Command/Control ‘f’ and type in “@” to save time) ○ Check for correct phone number in Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and contact us page. (Command/Control ‘f’ and type in “-” to save time) ● Make sure all the copy is properly uploaded ● Make sure NO duplicate content ● Offer Page ○ Click on every drop down menu and make sure the functionality is there. ○ Credit cards ○ Different billing address then shipping button ○ Make sure it states “Your Credit Card Can't be Processed” etc
 ● HTAccess file - Security on every page ● Green lock security ● SEO optimizations ○ Title Tags ○ Meta Descriptions
