1) have Dell B1165nfw mono MFP multi-function printer. all other functions except scan are working well. its only 4 yrs old and is lightly used. ian in california, usa. i have used your service once. 2) also i want to learn how to password protect my zip folder in Window10-64bit &WORD 2013 i know about win xp zip. this should be minor job. 3) i need an expert whom i can consult from time to time as needed.
