Convert a Template to a Website

We have a website HTML and CSS job need to be finished for our back end developer. Please see the attached image. The template we want to use is [login to view URL] If you have similar template you used before, please feel free to let us know. Requirement: 1. You must have the experiences and please send us the similar jobs you did before. 2. The job need to be finished within 8 days after you win the project bid. 3. Milestone: 20% to start the project; 40% 1st deliver the result; 40% 2nd deliver the result after polish. There is bonus if you can finish earlier.
