Build a Tutoring CMS

Dear Project Managers, I'm an academic teaching worldwide and leading a team of instructors. We need to design an online tutoring platform. Here are the major requirements of the project: We need an online teaching platform. We need to build a website builder and a SUITE CMS specifically designed to manage an online tutoring website. The content should be updated by managers and it should be displayed with no further coding on the responsive frontend. The manager module should be able to add instructors, students, and parents. The instructors will use the CMS to build and keep their online presence. The CMS will construct the frontend, and manage the registrations, scheduling, and payments. The frontend will have the typical business name, services offered, profiles, teacher ratings, course ratings, testimonials, call to action boxes, etc. It will support two languages and will be operational in 5 countries. There will be 7 user types: Students, instructors, parents, admin, coach, counselor, and supervisors. Each will have their own main menu and sub-menus. Tech-support and accounting support for operations can be handled in a ticketing system and CRM module. An open-source CRM module will be integrated into the system. It will need to have VOIP phone conversation logging, campaigning, email, and SMS sending capabilities. The payment module will work using [login to view URL], PayPal, and wire transfers to purchase coins. The payroll will work on TransferWise, Zelle and Payoneer. The accounting module will integrate QuickBooks that will deal with invoicing, receivables, accounting, financial reports, tax reports, etc. We have a well-thought-out and extensive development requirements document and the wireframes ready to start. Who should bid on the project? Bids from established companies with teams of developers, who have extensive track records, will be given priority. This is not a single job that you will complete and part ways with. The aim of this initiative is to drive the project through multiple steps and form a long-term support and development partnership. The bidder will most likely handle tech support portion of the project after it’s launched. We will have many more extension projects, maybe apps, following the launch of the website.
