Access Control update -- 2

We would like to have it on the internet we do have a web site and we will add one more button (services) to lunch this application. 1- Create a website template for registering the user ( include all information required ) we should approve it and send confirmation email. 2- log in to the Services page with ( username and password created earlier) 3- Main icons ( Cards - Work permit - Vehicle - Reports). 4- Inside each icon many fields to be filled and saved and printed by the user. 5- Administrator ( username and password ) to control the requested services. Other details will be given up on agreeing to the deal Urgent status !!!
