Build a website to rent rooms for students

Hello everyone, I need a website where people can offer their rooms for rent and where people can find rooms to rent. What I need is the following: Database search function (search by postal code, city etc.) List of rooms (after search) Login form after you search (when you click on on of the search results) When you click on the available room it needs to show all the information that's available about the room. Page with the room information (size, location, pictures, duration of rental period, price, etc.) If you want to leave the owner of the room a message you'll have to pay for it, so here it needs some shopping cart. The idea is to pay per message, or a monthly subscription. User account registration (with some kind of small profile) (about yourself, current job, age, hobbies etc.) It should be free to put a room on the website. For more information please contact me.
