PSD Multi-purpose Theme

I'm looking for a true multi-purpose PSD TEMPLATE. I hope with this project have a theme that has many pages, and covering various purposes, like website hosting, business/corporate, agency, magazine, restaurant.

I DON'T NEED DEVELOPMENT - ONLY DESIGN FOR NOW.

This theme will be used to be placed on [login to view URL], so, If you're created a theme for [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] you probably know what I'm talking about.

Something that you should know:

- I'm hoping that you can tell me how many PSD pages you can provide for this theme with this budget. I'm expecting more pages to make it more multi-purpose;

- I would like to know how many 'purposes' you can provide (agency, whmcs/hosting, wordpress, magazine, restaurant);

- I expect that you include the presentation page and images (in psd) to be inserted in themeforest (example: [login to view URL])

- I DON'T NEED THE HTML YET. Only for information, the theme will be coded using bootstrap 3;

- High-res are important; Retina-Ready; Responsive ready;

- The theme need to be ready to insert in [login to view URL] (important).

- It must be exclusive, so, if you use this same design later I'll have problems with themeforest, so please, don't do this.

The name of the theme will be "ZOUK". So, if you bid, say "Zouk" in your proposal.

You'll make this project from the start until we have this inserted on [login to view URL] (as PSD templates - not HTML).
