We have an Excel Spreadsheet with formulas and fields that are variable. We need to turn it into a functional "calculator" webpage where users can enter fields, hit Submit and have it display results just like the spreadsheet would do. I need to know your flat rate for doing this project, and how long you estimate it will take to get it done. If its relevant our site is built with Joomla.
