Custom affiliate program and software for opencart sites

I own and operate about 20 websites, all of my sites need affiliate programs. What I want to do is find a way to make an all in 1 affiliate program. So when an affiliate signs up, they can now market all 20 of my websites. So somehow I need a way to assign the affiliate a affiliate # and it will work on all my sites. My niche is wholesale websites, so I was thinking about having all my affiliates have a wholesale directory - The wholesale directory would just be a page, then there would be a link for all 20 of my sites, this would include there tracking url or whatever to track there sales. So the affiliate will advertise their directory and this is how they would drive sales in. All my sites are designed in OpenCart backend so hopefully we can do something. I have used shareasale before, but don't want to use one of those sites again. I want to run an in house affiliate program, so I would need a platform where my affiliates can log into and see the real time sales.
