Web 2.0 Style Website Design (Static)

I am looking for a clean, simple, "Web 2.0" style design for a new website.
I would like to mimic the Layout, Look & Feel, and navigation of this website: [login to view URL]
Please note, the Project I am posting is NOT for a blog site, the above is only the example for the design and navigation I wish to use.
Navigation should include the different states for the tabs, and a bread crumb design similar to the sample website.
The initial project will involve static pages only, yet requires the flexibility to add database driven features later.
The Website content itself will not be graphically intensive, but the Project requirements include design of a company logo
and it's integration into the website layout. The logo or iterations thereof must be approved before implementation.
I want to avoid having a website that looks like a template that had my logo pasted on it, so the logo design should blend well with the overall design and layout.
All source code, graphics (all layers), page templates and buttons, etc., and other pertinent files should be included with the final design, including but not limited to .PSD, .PNG, and HTML Files, and shall become the exclusive property of the project owner.
