Micro Niche Site building & article writing

I am looking for a reliable website builder who can work on a lot of Micro Niche sites. I provide you with target keywords and the domain. Here is the process I want to have established: 1. Write 7, 500 words articles and another 10x150 words articles. Must be related to one main keyword and 2 long tail kws I will provide you [login to view URL] articles must be well written have to be unique and have to past copy scape. 2. Install Wordpress blog on my Hostgator account. 3. Install theme I provide you with. 4. Create topic related custom header. 5. Install several WP plugins I provide you with. 6. Find two related pictures and one Youtube video which you also post on the blog. 6. Set up the 7 articles on the blog. 7. Set up private policy contact page etc. 8. Set up my Adsense code and Google Analytics code. All steps needs to be documented on a Google Doc (logins etc). You need to be a good content writer or have a good team of [login to view URL] should be available on Skype at least 5 hours a day to discuss the work. I am paying $40 per ready handed over page. Payments via Paypal or Moneybookers. I might require about 100 of these pages per month. So this could become a big project.
