Long term / permanent design team needed

I am looking for a long term solution to my website design and maintenance needs for a medium sized online business. More on this subject at the end of the project details. PROJECT -------- My client needs to have a master template re-skinned with some more contemporary graphics and pictures. This "master" is already built and ready for duplication. The site is fully built and functional. The product pages are all html with a dash of JS to drive the product table (which is delivered by our backend syndication engine). The template is designed to be easily replicated and uses CSS for most of the heavy-work. Price for this job is very important. I must also emphasize that the coding is already done. You would only need apply a new skin / adjust the CSS accordingly. I would like to find a permanent vendor for all of our design needs and if your skills and price are consistent with that of mine and my client's, then you could possibly be getting a long-term contract. I have other design needs and will be looking for a dedicated designer to build from scratch some different prototype templates which take advantage of our syndication engine and the ability to syndicate rich content to all our affiliate sites. I'd also like to look for some flash at some time in the future. Please let me know ASAP. We will need the first one done within a couple of days, if possible. The estimated budget is per skin and would be more around $75-$100 (per skin / template) depending on the complexity and quality of the new gfx. I will commit to a minimum of 10 skins to begin the relationship. Once those are done, I will offer a higher wage to develop some prototypes.
