Data Miner/Web Scraper to create a "Justice-Involved" Email List

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Command Systems, LLC is the marketing division of the Injustice Reform advocacy organization. We provide multi-platform marketing to a variety of organizations, agencies, and businesses. However, our primary focus is on providing highly effective, but affordable marketing solutions to (often non-profit) groups that advocate for or promote criminal justice reforms in the United States. PROJECT: Through the data mining [scraping] of websites, databases, and any other viable sources, our goal is to obtain a large email list/database of former inmates [prisoners] and of the families of current inmates. (Optionally, emails of current inmates as well as of the families of former inmates may be included, but these may only add limited value for us). The emails must be for people in the United States.
