Website promotion (link posting)

Hopefully somebody would like to take on a quick and straightforward link posting excercise.
What the work would entail, would be locating blogs and forums on the subject of mobile phones, and adding a comment to them, mentioning a website with a link back. Once you've added the comment, you note the URL, and whenever you're finished, you send me a list.
Certain rules would apply, as in, you can't post twice within the same blog or forum, and that the page you post the comment on must have a google page rank.
Initially, this Project requires the posting of 100 links. But I expect this to be an ongong job, since I have many clients who are interested in this service.
