NEW Adult Web Site promotopm

I started a new adult product site yesterday, and I need to get the word out and get visitors to make purchases, as well as get the site into all the search engines, etc. Some other ideas are blogging about the site, posting the site on boards, and anything else you can think of. I need proof that the site is getting new visitors, which should be easy since it's a brand new site. Please let me know your plan, not just "yeah, I'll do it" Thanks.
